Answers to Some Frequently Asked Questions

CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE LEFT IN THE POND WHEN IT FREEZES OVER?
Yes. Lightscapes products are built using high quality materials and can be left in the pond the entire year. However, for maximum product life, we recommend taking your pond product out of the water for the winter. If you live in an area that is prone to freezing multiple times a rear, we strongly recommend removing the product during the winter.
How long will the flag last?
This depends on how strong the winds are in your area. In the strongest wind conditions, the flag will typically last one year. However, in most cases it will last for two to three years before needing replaced.
How long will the solar lights last?
Our solar lighting manufacturer says three to five years, at which time they can be easily replaced.
What is the best way to install the product?
The recommended way to install our pond products is to take a boat, canoe, kayak or any floatation device out in the water to where you want to place it.
How long do the solar lights stay on at night?
This depends on the amount of sunshine the lights received during the day. Generally, if the lights get a lot of sun during the day, they will last almost all night.
will you be offering different flags for the Illumination Station?
In the future we hope to add more flags to our collection as they become available.  We expect to add the flags of the military branches, and want to add college and professional sports teams, and other specialty flags.
